After completing an Engineering degree in 1999, Minesh moved to the U.S. from India the following year to start his new career in hospitality. In 2001, he became the GM of Days Inn in Muskegon, MI. He moved to Georgia in 2002 to take over full operation of the Howard Johnson in Athens. While in this role, he served as a Marketing Committee member for the Howard Johnson brand. He later on served on the Operations Committee and also as a board member for the overall brand.
By 2017, Minesh acquired his fifth property in metro Atlanta. From his keen sense for site selection to his countless experience and talent in the development and acquisition of new properties, one-of-a-kind designs, and high-style renovations, Minesh is irrefutably committed to beautifying the community, maximizing the comfort of his guests, and exceeding brand requirements in style and design. He is also a devoted supporter of and actively involved in the communities in which he lives and conducts business.

Mamta Patel is the Chief Operations Officer of Cube Hospitality. She is responsible for all day-to-day activities and has an integral role in strategically guiding the growth plan. Mamta started her career in hospitality at a very young age as the daughter of a hotel owner-operator, including working the front desk as a high school student. She went on to graduate in Hospitality Management at Ohio State University in 2002 and managed her first property in 2002, a Holiday Inn Express in Columbus, OH. After marrying Minesh in 2003, she moved to Georgia and worked as the Reservation Manager for the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education & Hotel.
Mamta has continued to increase her knowledge and expertise in the hospitality field throughout these years. She has strong expertise on property level procurement, identifying efficiency opportunities, tracking guest satisfaction, revenue management and labor controls. In addition, she keeps a constant engagement with our management staff to ensure continued motivation and performance of their individual metrics and goals.
CFO
Vimal Patel started his career as a convenience store owner in 1993, and now owns 9 convenience stores in Northeast Georgia and South Carolina. In 2016, he and Minesh formed a partnership and began acquiring hotel properties in metro Atlanta. They currently have partnerships in multiple hotels and growing.
Vimal has a strong background in financial/capital planning, tracking cash flow, portfolio management, and procurement. He has strong relationships with several financial institutions given his track record and success in small business. He is a valuable asset to the team and critical to its growth strategy moving forward.
Director of Revenue Management
Harry Priddle is a sales, marketing, and revenue management professional who specializes in limited service/mid-market hotels. He initiates sales calls to new and existing clients, contracts with local and national companies, and conducts group sales initiatives including weddings, reunions, sports tournaments, etc. In addition, Harry manages all RFPs, OTA's, and optimizes web presence through various channels. He engages directly with local convention bureaus, welcome centers, and chambers of commerce in all of our hotel markets to maximize our exposure.
Regional Operations Manager
Kavin has been in the hospitality business his entire life, have literally grown up in the hotel environment. He is currently in charge of overseeing operations at multiple properties to ensure compliance to our company and brand standards, meeting our growth and strategy initiatives, and making sure our GM's have the tools they need to succeed.
